I’m not really sure where it began exactly, but shortly after my dad’s passing I made a promise to myself to be healthier, be happier, and live life to the fullest. I started working out (so far I’ve done PiYo, 21 Day Fix, and now Chalene Extreme) and I’ve lost quite a few inches from my waist just by changing my eating habits. Part of my motivation is obviously because I want to look good in my bathing suit in May (we’ll be going to Daytona Beach and also on a cruise) but I’m also doing it for myself.
In the next few days I’m going to share some of my tips for surviving the 21 Day Fix, complete with meal plans and grocery shopping tips. I’ll also be sharing my results towards the end of April. I am really excited with how far I’ve come so far in the past month and I can’t wait to share with you guys!!
